In this project the key points were event timing, participant comfort and smooth service between agenda blocks. The scope included: intimate coffee break, snacks, drinks and conference-room service. For conferences we plan coffee breaks, lunches, drinks, sweet and savoury bites, buffet labels and service so catering supports the schedule instead of slowing it down.
