In this project the key points were event timing, participant comfort and smooth service between agenda blocks. The scope included: coffee breaks, snacks, drinks, lunch and service aligned with the conference schedule. For conferences we plan coffee breaks, lunches, drinks, sweet and savoury bites, buffet labels and service so catering supports the schedule instead of slowing it down.
