In this project we combined an elegant setting, efficient service and business-event logistics. The scope included: large buffets, finger food, desserts, drinks and logistics for a very large gala. For banquets we plan buffet layout, back-of-house facilities, service timing, drinks, tableware and staff coordination so hosts can focus on their guests.
